And while it’s tempting to head straight for the ‘weirdest street food in London’ corner, or even the ‘secret burger bar’ section, the real stars of this labyrinthine eatery are the dishes at the very back: chingri malai kebab – tender prawns in creamy sauce. It may sound like an unassuming Indian starter but it is so much more than that. These little pink wonders will have your taste buds screaming for more as soon as they hit your tongue; which is why we think you should add them to your next meal-out checklist.

Omega-3 fatty acids are essential fats that your body can’t produce on its own. They’re important for heart health, brain health and more. They may also help reduce inflammation, which is when your body experiences what is essentially an allergic response to certain stimuli. The benefits of prawns extend beyond the above. Prawns are rich in vitamin B12, which is responsible for lowering levels of homo-cysteine in the body. Homocysteine is a harmful compound that can damage blood vessels and lead to heart disease.
